2010.Mar.12 Power Craft Logo Mark

We started to use a ‘Power Craft’ logo mark on the exhaust tail pipe.

2010.Mar.11 BMW E92 M3 Developing

We started to gather the data to develop the exhaust system for BMW E92 M3. We now have a lot of vehicles to develop the exhaust system.

So we kept changing chars to use one lift. The engine sounds was loud without the exhaust system.

2010.Mar.10 NSX NA1 Developing

We started to develop the hybrid exhaust system for Honda NSX NA1. The piping layout is complicated, and it had taken us a time to complete the perfect exhaust system. Our concept for this exhaust system is : Producing the Ferrari’s exhaust sounds.

2010.Mar.10 R35 GTR 90Φ Straight Center Pipe

We completed the development of a straight center pipe for R35 GTR 90Φ and now start to take an order from the customers. Please pay attention to the spec: 70ΦD→90Φ 90Φ Straight Center Pipe is available for only Power Craft hybrid exhaust system.

2010.Mar.10 Ferrari 612 Exhaust System Now On Sales

We completed the development of the hybrid exhaust system for Ferrari 612 Scaglietti, and start to take orders from the customers. The concept is to still keep the original V12 engine sounds, but to produce the light sounds like the V8 engine sounds

One of our customers made a movie for this. Please check it out for us. We always appreciate our customer’s support.

2010.Feb.24 R35 GTR Now On Sale

We have completed the Type1 version of evolution for R35-GTR exhaust system, and we have started to take orders as of today.

We have developed the exhaust system with the idea of high-power: when the valve is in exciting mode, the exhaust gases flow through a 70Φ rear muffler and 90Φ center pipe. We believe that you feel a sense of power when the valve is fully opened. In the near future, we will be completing the new center straight of 70Φ→90Φ. You will gain a sense of more high-power from it with our exhaust system for R35-GTR.

2010.Feb.16 Ferrari 612

This picture is a second catalyzer for Ferrari 612. The original catalyzer and related parts are produced with different lengths. This issue motivated us to produce a better product. It took us some time to develop and produce a good structure for an exhaust system.

Without replacing the second catalyzer, we found out that Ferrari 612 would not produce any better sound quality. After completing the new muffler, its layout looks complicated, but the new one looks much better compared to old ones. We developed three different prototypes for this, but we think that this may be the final one.

2010.Feb.15 Lightweight flange

We have completed the new design and lightweight stainless steel flange, and we plan to improve on the products.

2010.Feb.15 Ferrari F430

We have linked the sound movie of our customer’s Ferrari F430 from his homepage. He is one of the Power Craft exhaust system users, and he installed our first exhaust system for the F430. We always appreciate our customers’ support and feedback to develop our products.

2010.Feb.9 Z33 Hybrid Exhaust System

On February 9th , one of the new customers installed our Hybrid Exhaust System for his Z33. Rear bumper specifications of this Z33 were from Nismo, so we have a picture up.

The shop which he asked to install our product is a professional maintenance and receiving factory for Porsche. Their customers’ cars, which are waiting for maintenance, were just Porsche. We look forward to working with them.

2010.Feb.8 Prototype of new exhaust manifold for RX-8

We are manufacturing a prototype of the new exhaust manifold for RX-8 right now. Exhaust port shape is square, so we produced the prototype to fit the shape of the mold and made it accordingly.

2010.Feb.8 Cupling Joints

We are developing new coupling joints. This structure is IN-LOW type, and this helps the exhaust system work more properly.

2010.Feb.6 Ferrari 612 Developing

The middle part of Ferrari 612 now looks like this.

2010.Feb.4 Ferrari 612 Developing

We are starting to develop a new exhaust system for the Ferrari 612. Because the original exhaust sound of this car is low, unlike the F430 and F360, it is taking us a lot of time to improve the quality of the sound.

2010.Jan.30 Ferrari F430 SCUDERIA

We finally completed all of the development for a new F430 SCUDERIA exhaust system, and now it is waiting for sales. This Hybrid Exhaust System for F430 SCUDERIA produces very high quality sounds when the valve is in exciting mode. Its sound is very sensual.

We are completing an ultra-high pitched pipe layout for the F430 SCUDERIA.

The tail structure of this megaphone is developed to produce and bring out the sound pressure and the greater SCUDERIA exhaust volume.

The two-piece construction of this exhaust tail for the F430 SCUDERIA is to show a thicker tail.

On January 34th, our customer installed the first exhaust system. Thank you so much for your cooperation as usual.

2010.Jan.12 R35 GTR

We finally completed the development of the layout for the R35GTR Hybrid Exhaust Muffler. We will now just go into production to sell it officially. The concept of this is you would feel the sense of power when the valve is fully opened. This muffler for R35GTR is designed for gaining maximum power when the valve is opened and it has an unprecedented 90Φ center pipe and the left and right pipes after splitting are 70Φ each.

These pictures are two different prototype center pipes (left) and the R35GTR Type 1 muffler that we had used for the tests (right).

These pipes are for the R35GTR Hybrid Exhaust mufflers and are waiting to be assembled to be sold.

2010.Jan.7 Caterham Super7

We have checked the original parts of the new Carterham Super 7 to develop the new exhaust manifold and muffler.
Unlike the old Super 7, the original muffler for this test vehicle has been adapted to modern technology. However, it seems they have had some difficulties solving the noise issue. As a result, very large silencers are used for both the side and rear. Also, it has the exhaust valve on it, and when the valve is opened, this structure lets gases flow through the rear silencer. The new seat is set up on the lower position. This gives you more of the feel of a racing car. Except for the above-mentioned issues, the vehicle itself looks simple and completed very well.

The layout from side silencer to rear silencer seems to be really tight.

There was an exhaust valve in the intake of the factory rear silencer.?We found out that the exhaust would not go through the rear silencer when it is open. The maker of the valve system was the same as the maker, which is producing exhaust valves for Ferrari and Lamborghini.
